Dr. Ourian is truly a master of his work. I love coming into the practice because of the warm, invitingly chic, and SAFE environment. The staff is friendly, kind and welcoming!! While being in the office I enjoy being able to be reassured just how skilled and knowledgeable Dr Ourian is by watching his extensive career in cosmetology on the screens in the office. Lastly, I’ve been to several cosmetic offices and when you come to see Dr Ourian you actually see him, not an assistant or nurse. OH YEA, there’s a food menu, VALET and moreeeee👍🏾👍🏾

I did two procedures, Botox and his famous Cool Laser. Both were lawful results, he charged me over $17k and I feel it was not delivered as promised. My Botox is botched along with my face, I’m suffering puberty acne all over again which I didn’t have. I went in to his office to take care of one dark spot and hope to minimize wrinkles now I’m seeing a dermatologist to correct this horrible acne I developed after seeing Dr. Simon Ourian and had to go to another doctor this one board certified who’s actually a doctor to try to correct and adjust my Botox as well. With his Botox I developed severe wrinkles on my forehead, I know Botox purpose is to minimize or eliminate wrinkles. When sharing my experience with others I have come to find out there are many patients who experienced negative results with same or other procedures done on them in his office. Don’t believe the celebrities advocating for him (they probably get a percentage from screwing us) I was a victim of believing it to be true and from what I’ve heard his wife is an attorney and all those long documents they have you sign is bullet proof so he continues to mess with peoples livelihood.

I saw all his celebrity post and procedures he performed and I was really looking forward to my experience, but. I should have known there was going to be a problem when he refuses to do a consultation unless you pay him $5000 which is crazy. So I make the appointment anyway, get there And wait three hours, and without even being examined by him he comes in and starts stabbing at my face with a needle. I was there for the Jawline contouring, all that stuff he does in the videos he didn’t do any of that. He didn’t measure my face, or make any makings, we didn’t even have a real conversation., and the worst part about it all is I was swollen for a few days and after a week my face looks the same as It did when I went in, except for now I have a little pimple size bump on my chin that I paid $7000 for. I feel like a fool who was robbed. This is so sad, I’m not rich, I saved my money to pay for a Dr. to give me great service, I live six hours away. He should respect everyone no matter if we are average people or famous. My money is just as good as the next persons. He should not treat people like a paycheck.

Dr. Ourian is a master of his craft. I came to him after having a bad laser experience to treat melasma. His Coolaser is a wonder for treating melasma. I now I have the option of going makeup free. He is the only doctor I trust for fillers that look natural and beautiful. I travel all the way from Dallas for my treatments, and every time has been a great with the beautiful results. He takes his time, and is careful to address all of your concerns. The lovely staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I will always come back I’m 44 and people regularly think I’m 15 years younger.

The most incredible, talented, genius, kind, and humble doctor in the world. Dr. Ourian is both an incredibly talented artist and a doctor with strong analytical skills. Not only his work is renowned but the experience of Epione is unique and one with operational excellence executed by Rana Javid. His entire team are very kind, professional, and friendly. The effect of Dr. Ourian's work is not just that he makes people look more youthful and beautiful but that he makes people feel good about themselves and he empowers people. You can tell immediately that he is an incredible doctor because of his profound humility. I have never seen a true expert not to be humble. The greater a person is the more down to earth and humble he/she is. That is Dr. Ourian. My personal experience with him is that he saved me and ever since I have become a fan who visit him every chance I get. Rana Javid who has been working with him, I think from the very birth of Epion, is an incredibly kind and again humble person who empowers you as soon as you walk in.
